    Handling fees are charged for online and phone orders excluding City Center Access Club. Facility fees are charged per ticket on all orders (online, phone, and box office).

  • Refunds

    All sales are final. There will be no refunds on either subscription or single tickets. Customers can donate or exchange only.

    All exchanges must be made at least 48 hours in advance of either the original performance date or the requested performance date, whichever is sooner.
